Refund Policy

The Policy: All Sales Are Final And Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of our products, which are digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable goods, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and the digital product bundle is delivered.

When you purchase any of our product(s), you receive:

  • Immediate access to downloadable PDF assets.
  • Immediate invitation to our private source code repository.

Once these assets are accessed, they cannot be "returned." As such, please read the product description, prerequisites (Docker, 8GB+ RAM), and technical requirements carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions (The "Fairness" Clause)

We may strictly consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Non-Delivery: You never received the download link or GitHub invite, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

How to Request Support

If you have a technical issue preventing you from accessing the files or repository, please contact us immediately at engineering@auromake.com. We are committed to ensuring you get the access you paid for.

Note: Disagreeing with the architectural choices in the code or "changing your mind" are not grounds for a refund.
