Our Refund Policy
We want you to buy with confidence. Because our products are digital and include immediate access to a private source code repository, refunds are tied to whether you have taken delivery of the code
- Before you accept the repository invitation - request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
- After you accept the repository invitation - because you now hold the complete source code, the sale is final — and we trust you understand why.
When you purchase any of our product(s), you receive -
- Immediate access to downloadable PDF assets.
- An immediate invitation to our private source code repository (accepting this invitation is what grants you the code).
If you would like to review the documentation before committing, you can hold off on accepting the repository invitation until you are sure. Please also read the product description, prerequisites (Docker, 8GB+ RAM), and technical requirements carefully before purchasing.
Additional Protections
Separate from the 14-day window above, we will always make these situations right, regardless of repository status -
- Duplicate Payment - You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- Non-Delivery - You never received the download link or GitHub invite, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

To request a refund, or if a technical issue is preventing you from accessing the files or repository, contact us at engineering@auromake.com. We are committed to making sure you get the access you paid for.
