1. Introduction

Welcome to Auromake ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing access to SystemCraft Senior Data Engineering Bundle ("Product"), or any of our products, or using our website at auromake.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service or Products.

2. Nature of Service

Auromake provides educational software architecture resources, specifically the "SystemCraft" project. This includes downloadable PDF documentation and read-only access to a private GitHub repository containing source code.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Our Products are technical education resource(s) designed to educate about data engineering, software architecture principles and related domains of knkowledge and expertise.

  • No Financial Advice: The "financial data" models used in any of the Products are for demonstration purposes only (latency testing, schema modeling). We do not provide trading signals, investment advice, or financial consulting.
  • No Warranties: The software is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that the code is bug-free or suitable for production use in a live corporate environment without modification.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, Auromake grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product's source code and documentation under the following terms -

Allowed Uses (The "Green" List):

  • Personal Learning: You may clone, modify, and run the code on your local machine or private cloud for learning purposes.
  • Portfolio: You may feature the architecture and your modified versions of the code in your professional portfolio.
  • Internal Business Use: You may use snippets, patterns, or modules from the codebase to build internal tools for your employer or your own business.

Prohibited Uses (The "Red" List):

  • No Resale: You may not repackage, resell, or redistribute the source code (in whole or in significant part) as a competing product, template, or course.
  • No Open Source: You may not publish the source code to a public repository (e.g., public GitHub/GitLab).
  • No Sharing: You may not share your GitHub access invite or the PDF files with non-purchasers.

4. Fulfillment & GitHub Access

  • Delivery: Access to the private GitHub repository is automated. You must provide a valid GitHub username at request.
  • Access Rights: You will be added as a "Collaborator" with Read/Pull permissions. You are not permitted to Push changes to the upstream auromake repository.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke GitHub access immediately if we detect license violations (e.g., leaking code publicly).

5. Intellectual Property

Our Products and their supporting bundle(s), including but not limited to the source code, documentation (PDFs), branding, and "Auromake" trademarks, are the exclusive property of Auromake and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auromake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules, regulations and laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email.
